A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day by ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries and transportation. Throughout the day, you manage the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse, keeping everything organized and compliant with standards. You make sure items are stored safely and efficiently, monitor inventory, and handle any issues that arise. Every day brings variety and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinating local transportation with approved carriers to ensure timely execution of all orders.
- Ensuring that materials and services arrive on-site on time, complete, and in accordance with required specifications.
- Controlling inbound and outbound goods, including monitoring missing spare parts and materials pending receipt. Performing system goods receipt for materials delivered from the Central Warehouse or external suppliers.
- Issuing non conformance reports for delivered materials and parts.
- Ensuring proper display and storage of materials on shelves in line with logistics standards, health and safety regulations, and requirements for identification, security, and easy component accessibility.
- Monitoring storage conditions, labeling, and identification; maintaining order, ergonomics, safety, and compliance with HSE standards; optimizing warehouse space; conducting regular inventories; handling oversized and sensitive materials; and managing waste and decommissioned items.
What You Bring
- You are currently pursuing a min. bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field; experience in similar areas is an advantage.
- You need to have SAP knowledge, along with knowledge about import process and operational procurement. Another requirement is the computer proficiency, especially MS Excel.
- It is important that you can communicate in English, both written and verbal, as some of the documentation and other tasks are completed in English. Along with English, fluency in Polish is required.
- As a person you are compliant, flexible, and eager to work in a job that will offer you freedom and a great opportunity to learn and become an independent problem-solver. You will be multitasking and planning above activities.
- You have a category B driving license (must have) and a forklift license (beneficial).
About the Team
You will join a dynamic and collaborative logistics organization operating across Poland. The Polish team currently consists of four Logistics and Parts Coordinators, led by a Logistics Leader. We work closely across borders in CEME area, sharing best practices, supporting each other in daily operations, and continuously improving our processes to deliver high‑quality service to our internal and external customers.
