Step into an exciting role as a Working Student in the Supplier Performance Management and Expediting (SPM&E) team! You’ll analyze supplier performance data to drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) success and collaborate with a dynamic team to document processes and create engaging training materials.

Transform data into impactful reports and dashboards for the Supplier Performance Board (SPB), showcasing your analytical skills while keeping our internal databases organized.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • You will drive innovation by supporting key departmental initiatives that enhance supplier performance and streamline processes
  • Your contributions to the Supplier Performance Boost (SPB) program will focus on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics
  • By analyzing data to identify trends and gaps, you will help develop standardized procedures that elevate operational efficiency
  • You’ll create and update training materials that empower team members with the tools they need for success while maintaining accurate databases and tracking systems to ensure project milestones are met and celebrated
  • Collaborating with a passionate team, you will share insights and ideas that shape the future of procurement at Siemens Energy

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and contributing in a working student role
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to tackling challenges
