- Lead the full lifecycle of Workday deployment projects, from business analysis and requirements gathering to final delivery
- Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Security, and Compensation, to meet business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and system designs for implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, system, and integration testing, to ensure solution quality
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and third-party partners to deliver strategic transformation projects
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing Workday processes and introduce new functionalities to enhance system capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration with several years of hands-on Workday configuration and project implementation experience
- Equivalent practical experience with many years in Workday HCM implementation, including leading multiple full project lifecycles
- Deep functional expertise in Workday, particularly in HCM, Security, and Compensation; Workday HCM Certified and Workday Pro Certified is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a matrix organization
- Ability to manage complex projects and engage with global stakeholders effectively
- Fluent English and German skills both spoken and written
