Sobre a função
- Development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for distribution transformer solutions in the data center vertical
- Identification and development of new business opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data center customers
- Monitoring and analysis of industry trends, including energy efficiency, grid integration, and sustainability, to align solutions with customer needs
- Management and expansion of key account relationships, including strategic account planning to drive long-term growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Coordination and collaboration with offer management, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Technical and commercial support of sales activities, including solution positioning, RFP responses, customer presentations, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of defined sales targets and KPIs
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably within power distribution and/or data center environments
- Strong understanding of distribution transformers, power systems, and data center infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic accounts and delivering customer-oriented technical solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), combined with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
