A Snapshot of Your Day

In your new role, you will develop special tools and   devices for gas turbines, generators and steam turbines for assembly and service work on power plant construction sites worldwide

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Data management and conducting design reviews in Teamcenter
  • Create parts, assemblies, and drawing derivatives
  • Sub-work items Description,
  • steam- turbines
  • Creation of audit - proof drawings, material masters and parts lists. The design process includes design calculation, the creation of models and drawings, the creation of documentation, the import of data into the Teamcenter and SAP/OPP as well as the performance of a peer review.
  • Project management and/or project participation in R&D projects.
  • Field validation of prototypes and onsite support of field service personnel regarding the application of new tools and systems.
  • External development award
  • Evaluation of technical and design specifications for optimization and release of manufacturing processes
                                   

What You Bring

  • or comparable training
  • You have already gained professional experience in the field of tool development
  • You bring your experience in the field of mechanical engineering development
  • You already have good knowledge of model and drawing creation as well as in documentation
  • In addition, you supervise and coordinate tool developments at external service providers/suppliers
  • You initiate necessary tests of the prototypes you have developed and supervise them until final release
  • Willingness to learn to meet all the listed requirements

The Budapest Gas Services Competence Center team has over 400 qualified engineers who offer services in Instrumentation & Control, electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as sales support.
