A Snapshot of Your Day
You lead technical projects for large generator stator components across Customer Order Engineering and R&D. Your work combines technical problem‑solving, project planning, and close collaboration with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure a successful production ramp‑up and reliable component delivery across the full lifecycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and coordinate COE and R&D projects for stator components
- Ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-efficient project execution
- Drive technical problem-solving in development and manufacturing
- Support production ramp-up with hands-on manufacturing involvement
- Manage risks, escalations, and root-cause analyses
- Strengthen collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar)
- 3–5 years’ experience managing complex engineering or component projects
- Background in industrial manufacturing, power generation, or heavy machinery
- Strong project, process, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance and materials science
- Experience with NX CAD/Teamcenter and SAP (advantage)

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
