- Lead and manage global projects in electrical engineering, driving both new built and modernizations for power generation solutions and other renewables to decarbonization plants

- Ensure the technical and financial success of projects, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Foster a culture of experience exchange within the project management team and across relevant units
- Lead an interdisciplinary, intercultural project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Provide technical expertise and oversight in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions
- Must hold a university degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field, complemented by relevant industry experience
- Longstanding experience in technical and project management on the offshore wind and/or substation business.
- Bring a wealth of professional experience in engineering or commissioning electrical power systems, with a strong foundation in project management
- Project management certification (e.g., PM@Siemens or IPMA) is a valuable asset
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong team spirit, along with initiative, result orientation, decisiveness, and excellent organizational abilities
