How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital grid projects, ensuring targets for schedule, budget, quality, and key performance indicators are achieved.
• Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams to drive efficient project execution and successful outcomes.
• Drive project profitability and revenue generation through active business management, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
• Manage financial forecasting, project budgets, and performance reporting to support sustainable business growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing team by leading resource planning, supporting hiring activities, mentoring project managers, and creating development opportunities.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture that enables teams to successfully deliver complex technical and business objectives.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related technical discipline forms the foundation of your expertise.
• Several years of project management experience, including the successful delivery of secondary systems for HV substations, enable you to navigate complex technical projects with confidence.
• Proven success leading challenging projects within the electrical power engineering sector demonstrates your ability to deliver results.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting, allows you to balance operational excellence with commercial objectives.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing project management professionals helps you build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Very good English language skills enable you to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
