You begin your day reviewing WindHub process updates, validating whether any Jira/Confluence workflows require immediate attention, and ensuring system performance remains stable. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new business requirements, assess their impact on existing processes, and plan improvement initiatives. Through the day, you interact with stakeholders to gather inputs, communicate progress, and resolve concerns. You close the day by reviewing system logs, validating performance hypotheses, and updating documentation to ensure process integrity and seamless service continuity.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Strengthen WindHub by ensuring all process definitions and workflow models are compliant, clear, and aligned with business and department strategy.

Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing requirement definitions, identifying overlaps with existing processes, and proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Improve system robustness by coordinating forensic Root Cause Analysis across Jira (application), Linux (OS), and JVM levels.

Ensure high service continuity by assessing performance, compatibility, and scalability impacts, and communicating risks with stakeholders.

Build trust with stakeholders through proactive engagement, timely updates, and transparent expectation-setting.

Drive Jira technical administration and provide second-level support for WindHub, closing gaps between operations, IT, and supplier partners.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of Jira/Confluence administration, with hands-on workflow design, JQL mastery, permission schemes, and integration experience.

2+ years of Linux server administration, confident in navigating logs, scripts, and application-level troubleshooting.

Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across application, OS, and JVM layers.

Skilled in scripting/programming: Java, Groovy, SQL, JQL, HTML, and workflow automation.

Strong capability to translate business processes into scalable workflow models.

Working familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Management.

Proven background as a Process Expert with a minimum of 2 years.

Strong stakeholder management and project management experience.

Ability to analyze, design, and implement Jira-based processes that align with business needs.

Strong documentation skills for knowledge generation and process clarity.

Ability to manage high demand levels, service requests, and stakeholder expectations with maturity and ownership.
