A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Supply Chain Executer, you represent Procurement during the execution phase of an order between order confirmation and transfer of perils. You be responsible for the budget and the deliver schedule and be in close interaction with the relevant project managers and buyers. 

You are an excellent communicator and networker and keep your colleagues always informed about the situation and bring them ideas to solve deliver problems. 

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Monitoring and controlling the production process at sub-suppliers for hardware and documentation after order confirmation till delivery, this includes understanding of Root Cause and initiating of measures with the supplier
  • Communicating delays of supplier deliveries to the interface partners
  • Takeover of responsibility from buyer for Budget and delivery schedule during the execution process of an order to supplier
  • Responsibility for change management during the execution process
  • Coordinating the various interfaces internally and manage communication with the supplier as single point of contact during execution of an order
  • Data maintenance of the relevant IT-Systems and databases
  • Independently developing processes and defining cross-site execution concepts
  • Support Claim Manager

What You Bring
  • Bachelor degree in a technical field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in expediting or supply chain management
  • Excellent communication, networking and organization skills
  • Ability for consistent actions
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent English skills
