A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Supply Chain Developer, you will drive and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across OneSGT, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the end-to-end business. You’ll identify gaps, implement process and system enhancements (primarily within SAP), and lead initiatives that improve transparency, efficiency, and delivery performance. Your work will directly contribute to achieving >95% on-time delivery, competitive lead times, and a more resilient and optimised supply chain.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Drive and manage cross-functional improvement initiatives that enhance customer and supply chain performance across Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning.

Analyse process gaps and develop improvement plans within SAP covering Supply Make, Supply Buy, Demand Service, and Product Lifecycle Management.

Lead the design, testing, and implementation of SAP change requests, IMS tickets, and business cases that deliver measurable benefits.

Develop and implement digital dashboards and analytical tools to improve business transparency and decision-making.

Support localisation and integration of processes across global sites, including Lincoln, Aberdeen, and FSP locations.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Field Service, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of process improvements.

Monitor performance metrics (OTD, backlog, critical part turnaround, and inventory) to identify trends and opportunities.

Facilitate lessons learned and root cause analysis sessions to sustain improvements.

Represent the Planning function in cross-site meetings, steering groups, and global supply chain forums.

Apply Lean methodologies and change management principles to embed sustainable improvements.
What You Bring

Proven experience within Supply Chain Management or a related operations environment.

Strong knowledge of SAP systems across end-to-end supply chain processes (Supply Make, Supply Buy, Demand Service, Product Lifecycle Management).

Experience managing or contributing to process development and digital transformation projects.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and data models.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions and cultures.

Strategic thinker with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.

Experience working in an international, cross-functional environment.

Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.

Customer and results orientation with a strong sense of ownership.

Willingness to travel when required to support cross-site collaboration.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. This includes zero or low-emission power generation, along with all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. We provide decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
