A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine supporting the Human Resources (HR) team and directly impact various HR activities and processes. You’ll assist in maintaining HR-related information on internal platforms, perform data analysis on HR metrics, and provide administrative support for key HR projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how HR connects to broader business operations while balancing your studies with practical experience.

As a working student in our dynamic HR team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the integrity of our HR systems and processes, all while enjoying the flexibility to manage your studies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform basic data analysis on HR metrics to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in creating regular ad-hoc reports and presentations based on HR data.
• Support the preparation of materials and documentation for internal HR meetings and audits.
• Provide administrative support for various HR projects, including data entry and user queries.
• Help maintain and update HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards in Power BI under the guidance of senior team members.
• Gather and consolidate data from various HR systems for analysis.

What You Bring

• Advanced knowledge within data tools like Power BI and Excel is essential for supporting KPI tracking and reporting activities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and verbally.
• A proactive learning attitude and willingness to take initiative and accountability.
