As a Working Student you’ll support plan and coordinate both in-person and online events, craft engaging content for our internal channels, and support digital platform management. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to capture insights, keep our communication open and lively. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events and engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and strong participation.
• You assist in managing internal communication channels, updating content to keep colleagues advised and engaged.
• You build and review communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, videos, and intranet articles.
• You help gather insights, prepare materials for leadership, and support team member engagement efforts.
• You maintain and update digital platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage, and assist with administrative and project tasks.

What You Bring

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, video/image editing tools, digital platforms, and social media.
• You have very good English skills (C1 level or equivalent) and enjoy working in a diverse, international environment.
• You are open-minded, hard-working, and eager to suggest improvements and support change.
