A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is crucial for driving network-wide capacity planning, load balancing, and growth readiness. The ideal candidate should have solid Project Management experience, preferably with planning and manufacturing environments. You will play a key role in supporting the transformation of SG’s factory network and achieving strategic objectives. If you are a strong coordinator passionate about leading and driving capacity planning initiatives, we encourage you to apply. This position reports to the Head of Network Optimization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop network capacity models
  • Monitor loading and utilization
  • Identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate load balancing
  • Support capacity expansion and industrialization
  • Identification and sharing of improvements and best practices within the Switchgear Factory Network

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on grid technologies and network management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills in a global environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and globally, apply methodologies and execute plans effectively.
  • Ability to travel as needed
