A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will work on digital and software engineering solutions for industrial machinery, helping translate customer requirements into scalable and practical applications. Your day will include collaborating with international teams, participating in workshops, designing solution concepts, and implementing software features. Your work directly contributes to digitalization, automation, and AI-driven improvements for our customers, within a collaborative, knowledge-sharing engineering culture that values initiative and continuous improvement.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze and structure customer requirements, translating them into scalable software solutions.
  • Evaluate solution concepts and align them with existing architectures, tools, and system landscapes.
  • Facilitate workshops and communicate solution proposals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and implement software solutions in an international engineering environment.
  • Contribute to development best practices (code reviews, CI/CD, clean code, agile methods).
  • Support AI and machine learning use cases to optimize engineering and industrial processes.

What You Bring 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Experience in software development (Java, SQL databases ideal).
  • Background in requirements engineering and customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Knowledge or interest in AI/ML technologies (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in international teams; fluent English and Czech/Slovak (German is a plus).
