A Snapshot of Your Day
The Service Project Manager will lead all aspects of the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific service projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s objectives and client requirements. This role requires effective resource management, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets to guide project execution.
- Identify and allocate vital resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
- Communicate optimally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to define project expectations and maintain alignment throughout the project.
- Lead the project team in completing tasks according to the project plan, ensuring that deliverables meet established standards and deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact project success.
- Track project progress, manage changes, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record in managing projects, particularly in project-focused endeavors.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
