How You’ll Make an Impact

• Verify vendor status, modify details, or initiate company extensions when needed.
• Create and submit Purchase Requisitions in Webmethods with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with vendors—respond to queries and share Purchase Orders once issued.
• Manage invoice handling from receipt to payment coordination after goods delivery or work completion.
• Oversee LDs and Availability Bonus procedures, ensuring smooth processing.
• Support Subregion AFM activities to strengthen regional operations.

What You Bring

• SAP proficiency and experience managing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests.
• Strong communication skills to work confidently with vendors and internal teams.
• Initiative to act independently while following through on commitments.
