Join Siemens Energy in Beijing/Shanghai as a Tax Professional and contribute to our financial stability and growth. Your tasks include tax planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advice on corporate restructuring. Your efforts directly impact our mission to deliver balanced and reliable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact
• Review and ensure PRC tax returns, including VAT, CIT, withholding tax, and stamp duty, are accurate and timely.
• Monitor effective tax rates and fulfill tax reporting requirements from HQ.
• Conduct tax due diligence for pre-acquisition activities and implement tax controls for post-acquisition integration.
• Advise and manage tax matters related to corporate restructuring and reorganization.
• Prepare and monitor Transfer Pricing documentation and consulting.
• Provide advice on cross-border projects and liaise with overseas tax departments or advisors.
• Conduct tax research and reviews on technical issues and provide ad-hoc tax advice to your portfolio of group companies.
• Negotiate with tax authorities for favorable treatment and assist companies in handling tax audits.
• Coordinate corporate tax governance and risk management for your portfolio of group companies.
• Lead comprehensive tax projects

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Work independently and proven experience (>7 years) in corporate tax within a large commercial organization and external consultation company.
• Strong ability and experience in dealing with a group of companies and their tax affairs, incl. tax planning such as HNTE, R&D super-deduction, etc.
• Experience in dealing with the tax/TP audits conducted by tax authority, additional experience in supporting Customs audit is a plus.
• Experience in tax operational department integration/ tax integration of restructured business is highly preferred.
• Outstanding customer focus and excellent communication skills, especially strong cross-function communication and collaboration skills.
• Mindset and experience in developing/supporting group digital tool is also preferred.
