How You’ll Make an Impact

• Aggregate and analyze data to steer the monthly closing, project forecasting and annual project budget processes within your area of responsibility.
• Conduct variance analysis identifying trends and opportunities and presenting results to senior management of Project Entity and Siemens Energy-internal partners/customers.
• Challenge your team player capabilities: We´ll often brainstorm and work on new ways to improve our value flows and data sets – as a team.
• Act as a business partner guiding project execution teams through monthly closing and project forecasting, while paying attention to data quality.
• Support the digitalization of business processes by integrating advanced digital tools.
• Drive simplification and harmonization initiatives within the business.

What You Bring

• University/College degree in the field of Finance, Industrial Engineering or comparable vocational training with significant multiyear experience in the finance community (at least 5 years).
• Experience in Project Finance (e.g. Project Execution, Sales, Bid Management) or Business Controlling of project business, specifically around closing and forecasting activities.
• Ability to lead and motivate in complex and uncertain situations.
• Knowledge around finance tools and data (SAP, Dashboards, Alteryx, SAC knowledge preferred).
• Growth mindset, focus on solutions and willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.
• Business fluency in English, Proficiency in German is an advantage.

We create and make use of synergies and high qualified competences across all Business Areas to deliver projects as One Siemens Energy. With a strong focus on digitalization and productivity we deliver projects on time and in budget while driving project excellence standards, best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
