Your day will include planning material qualifications, analyzing technical challenges, and supporting repair activities that keep renewable energy moving forward. You’ll also interact with cross-functional teams, sharing insights that influence the future of sustainable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Scope and coordinate qualification of repair materials and process application methods
  • Drive technical direction for projects on multiple material topics
  • Prepare documentation such as material specifications and validation reports
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to root cause analysis of field issues related to materials
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure solutions meet quality and sustainability standards

What You Bring

  • Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or similar
  • Experience with materials in wind power, automotive, or aerospace industries
  • Self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments without losing the overview
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel when required

About the Team

You’ll join our Materials, Processes and Fleet team within the Technical Systems Department for Blades. We are responsible for validating blade repairs and providing technical support during maintenance activities. Our multicultural team values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Together, we aim to push the boundaries of technology and contribute to a greener future.
