As a Segregation of Duties (SoD) Specialist, you play a key role in further developing and strengthening SoD governance and processes. You work closely with the IT department, internal collaborators, and external partners to establish a robust and scalable SoD framework that meets current and future requirements

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the design a standardized, benchmark-based SoD roles and authorization concept ruleset in collaboration with external Subject Matter Authorities and maintenance of the newly developed approach.
  • Conduct assessments of existing SoD processes, identify weaknesses, and derive improvement measures.
  • Support the implementation of SoD governance structures, processes, and control mechanisms in collaboration with internal and external collaborators.
  • Leverage and enhance digital monitoring tools (e.g., Datricks) in collaboration with internal collaborators to detect, monitor, and address SoD conflicts, supported by thorough SoD analyses, risk assessments, and risk mitigation measures.
  • Increase organizational SoD awareness by developing and delivering targeted training programs to employees across the company.

What You Bring

  • At least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such IT, business administration, or related field.
  • Several years of practical experience in the area of Segregation of Duties, ideally in complex ERP landscapes and transformation projects (e.g., S/4 HANA migration)
  • In-depth knowledge in developing and implementing SoD roles and authorization concepts, ideally using monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills essential for supporting and training colleagues across different regions.
  • A proactive and learning-oriented approach, with a commitment to personal and professional development within assurance.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment and navigate a multicultural workplace.
