How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with business units to identify IT requirements and deliver effective technical solutions that align IT strategies with organizational goals and priorities
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business expectations through strong communication and engagement skills
• Familiar with Industry 4.0 and the IoT to supporting automated production in workshops
• Maintain optimal performance of servers and network infrastructure, including storage and backup systems, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ensure IT systems in compliance with information security guidelines and enhance cybersecurity measures to support business objectives.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently for both software and hardware
• Facilitate management and user adoption of new technologies and systems
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative IT solutions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and above. Master is a plus.
• Major in computer science or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment.
• Have EHS knowledge and awareness of Quality.
• Experience in international working environment is a plus.
• System development is a plus.
• Have a good skill on English communication, and German is a plus.
• Cloud management and AI experience is a plus.
