Job Title: Controlling Department Supervisor

A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Guideline by managing a small team to serve a business segment of a company, while providing business advise to department and company management.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage the annual budget.
- Prepare financial/business reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
2. Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance against budget and forecast.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
3. Cost Management:
- Oversee the cost accounting process to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Analyze and control costs to optimize profitability.
4. Communication and Reporting:
- Present financial information and analysis to management and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
5. Skillset:
- Play a key part in the organization as we work to position Function Controlling as trusted business partners to other functions
- Use your team development expertise to develop a high performing team that people are excited to work for
- Understand the ins and outs of automation, digitalization, visualization and process effectiveness
- Apply an agile methodology to balance priorities based on business demands
- Partner with your counterparts in the overall organization to motivate change
- Be an enabler of process efficiencies by driving cost savings initiatives and constantly challenge the status quo
What You Bring
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance, accounting, economics, or related major.
2. 5+ years of successful experience Accounting and/or Finance with the ability to handle multiple topics.
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy; self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals and be proactive in problem solving; flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines. Good sense of mathematics and logical thinking.
4. Strong digitalization experience, familiarity with Alteryx/Tableau; financial software programming preferred.
5. Senior individual contributor who is eager and confident to go for management career path is highly welcome.
6. Familiar with ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
7. Must be fluent in English.
