A Snapshot of Your Day
Oversee project execution, managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality. Lead a cross-functional team, coordinating resources and ensuring project requirements are met. Additionally, serve as the key liaison between the SHVS factory and stakeholders, handling communications, technical clarifications, and maintaining project performance and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Overall responsibility for the project execution, incl. scope, cost, schedule, risk & quality management
- Organize and lead the cross functional and supporting resources and project team to fulfill project requirements and needs
- As the main interface between SHVS factory with internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for communication and coordination of project related matters, e.g. technical clarification, order change & claim, factory and site acceptance, etc.
- Responsible for the project performance, e.g. on-time delivery rate, revenue forecast, profit improvement, payment and cashflow, and as well as customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, power transmission, esp. high voltage
- 3+ years related working experiences on oversea project management and engineering in multinational companies or designing institute
- Good project management skill, communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills
- Have good English oral and writing skills, can communicate with expatriates fluently
- Work proactive, be problem solver and take charge of difficult situations, cooperate with overtime and travel when necessary
- Familiar with MS Office
- IPMA or PMP certificate is preferred
