The Field Service Resource Scheduler is responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling field service technicians and sub-contractor resources to ensure timely and effective service delivery to our outages. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and our contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in resource scheduling, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Schedule field service resources based on FS Planning and outage demand using in country SE personnel and sub-contractor resources and getting in touch with our global organization for specialty qualifications or peak demand periods.
- Primary responsibility will be working with our Korean sub-contractor labor from multiple suppliers, but role will also backup our resource scheduler focused on SE personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of our sub-contractor scheduling so that this can be reconciled with site working hours and billing.
- Track sub-contractor personnel evaluations from our sites and feedback to our suppliers to ensure we get qualified and experienced personnel for our outages.
- Address scheduling conflicts with our Back Office Team and Outage sites.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or resource management, preferably in a field service environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Power Industry is a plus.
- Legally permitted to work in Korea, fluent in Korean language and proficiency in written and spoken English.
