Join us as a Real Estate Transaction Manager (m/f/d) where you will oversee multiple real estate transactions (industrial and office facilities) across Europe, ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing, disposal, and leasing of properties throughout the region. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of each transaction, whether it’s through execution or handing over to the projects team. Imagine being at the forefront of strategic real estate decisions that shape Siemens Energy operations across Europe!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and supervise purchase, disposal, and leasing transactions across Europe, ensuring alignment with our real estate strategy.
  • Lead site selection and leasing discussions to secure optimum commercial terms that support our objectives.
  • Serve as the center of competence for global real estate departments on transaction management topics within Europe and provide technical management for purchase and sale topics, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of Location Concepts and innovative applications in real estate across Europe.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners in Supply Chain Management, Legal, EHS, and regional real estate teams.
  • Act as the primary interface for real estate customers and partners, collaborating with Finance and the European real estate leadership

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related degree in the fields of construction with over 10 years of core experience in real estate management, valuation, project management, development, or a combination of these areas.
  • Expert knowledge of European office and industrial real estate markets, trends, and developments. Comprehensive knowledge of leases, purchase and sale agreements, and market mechanisms related to real estate transactions.
  • Proven management skills, including people management and operational assessment.
  • Experience leading multinational real estate transactions from requirement gathering to strategy development and approval stages.
  • In-depth understanding of office occupancy trends, fit-out standards, and space efficiency tools.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is essential.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of €63.217,70 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
