A Snapshot of Your Day

Step into the role of Real Estate Facility Manager where you lead the hard maintenance operations for our Le Havre factory and other sites across France. You’ll ensure our buildings not only comply with EHS regulations but directly support the needs of production teams. Working closely with contractors, factory management, and project teams, you’ll drive maintenance excellence, control budgets, and deliver on cost efficiency. Every day, you’ll combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to keep our facilities safe, compliant, and optimized for performance. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure full compliance of buildings and installations with EHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee operational readiness.
• Optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and achieve cost reductions.
• Coordinate contractors, oversee maintenance contracts, and validate the quality of completed work.
• Conduct and document regular inspections, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Collaborate with production and management teams and contribute to new building projects, modifications, and extensions.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree and 5+ years’ experience in maintenance or project management.
• Proven track record in maintenance management or successful delivery of building projects.
• Strong EHS orientation, with deep knowledge of building compliance and safety standards.
• Solid understanding of finance and contract management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Fluency in English; ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and problem-solving skills.
