A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Quality manager you will establish the defined quality management system tailored to the project-specific requirements to ensure the quality in process and product quality in service/solution project to achieve customer satisfaction and business success. You will act as a member of the project core team with special focus on failure prevention. Advocate to a higher quality aspiration.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee internal and external project quality teams across assigned organizational units.
- Facilitate collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, R&D, Manufacturing, and Construction to meet quality objectives.
- Build, handle, and improve project-specific Quality Management systems and quality plans aligned with company policies and customer requirements.
- Advise on and implement quality tools such as risk management, lessons learned, Quality Gates, non-conformity management, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure quality metrics are embedded in overall project reporting and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to planning from the sales phase onward to ensure quality requirements are addressed throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate inspections and audits to ensure components and services meet contractual and quality specifications.
- Proactively lead quality-related risks and opportunities, deploying lessons learned to prevent issues.
- Organize and deliver training for project teams on quality methods, processes, and standards.
- Act as the quality liaison within project core teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across departments and with customers.
What You Bring
- Quality Management experience, within a project environment would be highly advantageous for this position.
- Working experience in Renewable Energy field is preferred.
- Great teammate and enjoy working in project teams within multicultural environments and be comfortable navigating complex cross-functional diverse organizations, showing emotional intelligence, assertiveness, and respect as relevant skills to succeed.
- You need to be structured, organized, and have a preventive attitude, addressing risks proactively before they materialize
- An excellent knowledge of Quality Methodologies to drive improvements would be beneficial
- Good leadership and communication skills is an added advantage.
- Openness for occasionally travelling.
