As a Project Manager within the Grid Technologies - Order Execution UK and Ireland Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of a range of transmission products, including Surge Arresters, Transformers, AIS, and GIS. You will collaborate with a diverse global team, driving projects to completion while maximizing revenue and maintaining high standards of quality. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery of various transmission products, maximizing company revenue and profit margins.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and factory teams for seamless operations and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with a diverse, global team across multiple business units and factories for smooth project execution.
• Oversee local subcontractors and international factories, ensuring compliance with client schedules, quality standards, and Siemens Energy EHS regulations.
• Provide essential technical information for factory and product assessments and certifications required by customers.
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams for accurate reporting of financial metrics, including revenue invoices and cash flow management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Manage project scope, identifying potential risks and addressing customer requirements that extend beyond the agreed project scope.
• Proactively identify and report potential opportunities, variations, and risks to the business.
• Plan and manage logistics, customs clearance, and compliance with Ireland’s transport regulations for timely order delivery.
• Ensure centralized control and compliance of all project documentation with established business processes.
• Maintain quality management processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage automation to streamline workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring

• A flexible mindset to manage a variety of products with diverse complexities.
• Formal qualifications in Electrical Engineering; a degree is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Transmission & Distribution standards and technologies is desirable.
• Awareness of commercial and contractual issues.
• Demonstrated experience in project management with a strong emphasis on risk management and effective communication.
• Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on a global scale.
• Familiarity with UK & I Regulations and current health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our team is an integral part of the Grid Technologies European Order Execution Unit, tasked with the representation and distribution of Siemens Energy Products throughout the UK and Ireland. We are strategically positioned in Newcastle and Dublin to effectively manage and support our operations across these markets.
