Imagine leading dynamic electrical and controls projects within power generation, where your expertise guides them from tender phase through execution. You’ll be at the helm, ensuring each project meets its contractual obligations, whether they last six months or several years. Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and QHSE managers, both locally in Italy and globally across Siemens Energy. Your day is filled with strategic planning, direct communication with customers and subcontractors, and steering projects to success with your leadership and commercial acumen.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the execution of electrical and controls projects, ensuring operational excellence and contract success.
• Monitor and control contractual, commercial, and technical aspects to drive project performance.
• Engage and lead project teams, leveraging their strengths for optimal outcomes.
• Communicate directly with customers and subcontractors to foster strong relationships.
• Prepare and present decision-making materials for Steering Committees and Senior Management meetings.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, automation, or power systems engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience in project management of control systems.
• Proficiency in construction contracts and complex cost and risk management.
• Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Tools and SAP system knowledge.
• Italian mother tongue with fluency in Business English; other languages are a plus.
