A Snapshot of Your Day

You will lead and manage the Substation Protection, Automation and Control scope for different substation projects. This means that you will participate from the bidding process through to project execution and handover to service. During the bid phase, you will have a supporting role and contribute to the bidding process. In the project execution phase, you will be project manager. Consequently, you will work simultaneously on sales opportunities and projects. In addition, you will work closely with other disciplines in DG to develop and steer the direction of our organisation together.

Located in Split, Zagreb or Osijek (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and motivate a team of technical managers, engineers and suppliers.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Oversee the project budget and resource allocation, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
• Facilitate and maintain communication with all stakeholders, including customers, team members, senior management, procurement and suppliers.
• Track project progress and performance, including changes and claims, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Ensure that the project meets the required quality standards and deliverables are completed following project requirements and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project management documents, including schedules, reports, etc.
  
  

What You Bring

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar.
• 5+ years of project management in HV/MV substation automation projects. Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PMI, etc.) are a plus.
• Stakeholder management, adaptability, problem-solving, attention to detail, reporting and leadership to governance are essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, including Microsoft Project and Visio as well as cloud storage and collaboration tools (i.e. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German language is a plus)
