A Snapshot of Your Day 
We are implementing SAP S/4HANA across our global operations and are seeking a PMO/OCM Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects within the “Transformation of Industry – Steam turbines and Generators” (TI STG) business area. This role involves developing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with strategic objectives, while maintaining project governance and financial controls.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Project Management Office (PMO) und Change Management Support (OCM) for our SAP S/4HANA implementation program
  • Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for executive leadership
  • Development and management of a change agent network within TI STG 
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted communication plans 
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Experience with project management tools 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
