Project Engineer / Associate Project Manager involves a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive the successful execution of high voltage substation projects across Southeast Asia, supporting the Project Manager in all technical and documentation aspects.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of substation components such as GIS, AIS, transformers, and protection systems.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
  • Partner with internal engineering teams and external customers to overcome technical challenges and support seamless integration of energy distribution systems.
  • Support risk analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and reporting (including NCC) to maintain project integrity and performance.
  • Handle and control technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or Power Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in high voltage substations, energy distribution systems, and related equipment (e.g., GIS, AIS, transformers, circuit breakers, SCADA).
  • Certified Associate Level Electrical Engineer (preferred).
  • Proficient in English presentation skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and precision measuring tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to work on international projects and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to diverse cultures and working environments.
