A Snapshot of Your Day
• Responsible for the completion of project performance controlling related topics of dedicated Offshore Service projects in AP (Asia Pacific)
• Supporting the CPM (Commercial Project Manager) in other areas, especially executing yearly budget, monthly rolling Forecast, closing activities, project reporting and project controlling
• A professional collaboration between CPM, OPS (service Operations) manager and site team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Support within the yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting process for AP project planning with CPM team
• Drive monthly Project closing process including JV (Journal Voucher) booking, Accrual, Revenue and GM (Gross Margin) analysis based on CCC file
• Undertake Project billing and Service Order creation, project closure and other system supporting tasks
• Undertake RHQ (Regional Head Quarter Allocation) charge, project hours booking and hourly rate calculation
• Conduct plan vs actual analysis on a monthly basis for the projects
• Conduct cost center and profit center controlling of projects
• Execute upload of warranty cost into STAR platform to claim towards warranty team
• Support annual stock count for inventory management
• Cooperate and collaborate effectively with CPM team, OPS manager team and site teams in AP
• Carry out ad-hoc operational and financial analyses to help drive growth
• Any other ad-hoc related projects.
What You Bring
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, esp. Excel, Power Point;
- Very good knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP FI and SAP OCC;
- Fluent in oral and written English;
- University or above preferred major business administration (Controlling, Accounting, Finance);
- Good collaboration skills within the project team.
- Good organizing skills, ability to sustain under approaching deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills required, systematic working style;
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis area (accounting, controlling, etc.) with good knowledge of SAP system, Project management experience is preferred;
