A Snapshot of Your Day

 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Power Plant Mechanic/Warehouse Technician to support the maintenance and operation of our power generation facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery within the power plant, while also assisting with receiving/inventory management and warehouse operations.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power plant equipment, including turbines, generators, pump and compressors
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist in the testing/operation of equipment and machinery as needed, following safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts and supplies in the warehouse utilizing CMMS systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient plant operations and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

 

What You Bring

  • Associates or equivalent technical certification in mechanics or a related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in power plant operations, mechanical maintenance, or warehouse management. Gas turbine experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of mechanical systems/P&ID’s.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
