• Drive the overarching Noedra portfolio vision and multi-year portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with Digital grid strategy.
• Establish and drive a cross-segment product alignment framework that enables transparency, coordination, and shared priorities across all Noedra products suits while preserving full product ownership and roadmap execution within subsegments.
• Lead the market introduction of the portfolio in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and regional teams and ensuring successful positioning and market adoption, from launch strategy through commercialization.
• Drive enterprise-level investment themes, strategic initiatives and partnerships that require cross-Noedra suits coordination.
• Act as the executive integration point between Product, Strategy, Technology & Architecture and Partnerships to ensure portfolio-wide coherence.
• Represent the consolidated Noedra portfolio strategy in executive discussions, serving as an enabler of cross-segment alignment and value creation. 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Long term experience leading complex product organizations and portfolio strategy for digital platforms, including cross-segment alignment.
• Ideally with domain experience in the electrical sector, particularly in substations and power grid environments.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, software-driven solutions, technology integration, cloud ecosystems, and scalable digital architectures, including IT/OT convergence and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in investment prioritization, portfolio performance management, and value realization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment without direct operational authority.
