As a Performance Management Owner, your day is filled with diverse responsibilities that focus on continuous improvement of Infrastructure Services, by measuring the delivery and quality of all teams and services, reaching conclusions that can support the service owners into improving their output, and tracking the progress to achieve state of the art service reporting and delivery improvement over time.. Your role will require strong data analytics, business & user orientation, presentation skills, and overall governance of IT Infrastructure services & ITIL processes.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Define, track, and refine performance indicators across all Infrastructure Services to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
  • Analyse service performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities that support service owners in enhancing their output.
  • Conduct deep‑dive assessments into service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience to drive evidence‑based decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into service performance.
  • Partner with service owners to design and implement corrective actions, ensuring measurable progress over time.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies to maintain continuous service evolution.
  • Evaluate process maturity and recommend enhancements that strengthen governance, compliance, and operational stability.
  • Facilitate regular service reviews, ensuring alignment between operational performance, business expectations, and strategic goals.
  • Support audit activities by providing accurate performance data, documentation, and process insights.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and transparency through structured reporting and clear performance standards.
  • Build analytical models and visualizations that highlight performance drivers, bottlenecks, and risk areas.
  • Translate complex technical data into clear, business‑oriented narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting sources, tools, and processes.

  • Strategic Performance Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end performance management strategy for Infrastructure Services, defining KPIs, quality standards, and reporting frameworks that guide service excellence.
  • Customer‑Centric Insight: Represent the voice of the customer by ensuring performance metrics reflect real user experience, driving improvements that directly enhance service value.
  • Operational Governance: Oversee the performance lifecycle across all teams, ensuring consistent measurement, transparent reporting, and alignment with ITIL and organizational governance standards.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with service owners, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to ensure performance expectations are understood, met, and continuously improved.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Lead the creation of dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models that provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
  • Continuous Improvement Ownership: Identify systemic issues, define improvement initiatives, and track progress to ensure long‑term enhancement of service quality and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of performance management frameworks, service quality measurement, and ITIL‑aligned governance across complex Infrastructure environments.
  • Experience: Several years leading performance management, service reporting, or operational excellence functions within large enterprise IT organizations.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making abilities, with a strong capacity to influence service owners and guide cross‑functional teams toward measurable improvement.
  • Analytical Strength: Advanced capability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Proficiency with performance reporting tools and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying gaps, optimizing processes, and driving long‑term service maturity.

You will be part of Operational Control Center (OCC), a dedicated team focused on operational excellence and execution of IT processes. This team is responsible for managing and optimizing IT & OT services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
