As a Package Engineering Manager, you will lead a multi-site team of engineers and designers focused on rotating equipment projects. Your role includes managing team competency, overseeing budgets, and supporting manufacturing operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead a multi-site team specializing in mechanical and systems engineering for packaged rotating equipment projects (e.g., electric motor-driven compressor trains, gas turbine-compressors).
• Develop and implement a competency management program to enhance team skills.
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines to optimize capacity and meet business needs.
• Support manufacturing by creating work instructions and addressing non-conformance issues.
• Manage departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Mentor team members and build a pipeline of future talent.

What You Bring

• Minimum B.S. in an engineering-related field; M.S. is a plus.
• Previous team lead or management experience required.
• 8+years of Mechanical Engineering industry experience; advanced degree may substitute for work experience. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international).
• Experience directing a multi-site team of engineers and designers across multiple countries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Engineering/PLM software (NX, COMOS, Jira, SAP); rotating equipment experience preferred.
