A Snapshot of Your Day 

As the PMO Data & Process Analyst (f/m/d) within STG, you will drive the digital and data transformation of global project management. Your role will ensure transparency, efficiency, and AI-enabled decision-making across the STG project portfolio — enabling faster execution, higher customer satisfaction, and a future-ready PM organization.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Design, implement, and maintain a data-driven performance framework to ensure transparency in STG project management
  • Analyse, harmonize, and optimize PM processes based on insights, fostering a globally agile and connected PM organization
  • Support leadership with data-driven reporting, portfolio monitoring, administrative tasks, and preparation of dashboards and reports
  • Integrate AI and automation into PM workflows, including contract management, lessons learned, predictive analytics, and BI tools
  • Conduct process studies, facilitate workshops, and align global processes with the PE@SE Guide while simplifying regulatory frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement by collecting customer feedback, enabling cross-functional collaboration, supporting project execution, and developing training for the global PM community

What You Bring
  • University degree in AI, Data Analytics, or related field, ideally with business or finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of Siemens Energy organization, business processes, and project management methodologies
  • Expertise in data quality management, database structures, BI tools, and practical experience with AI/automation integration
  • Skilled in process design and improvement, analytical thinking, and translating complex data into business-relevant actions
  • Excellent communication skills with change management and stakeholder engagement experience, business fluent in English (German desirable)
  • Proven ability to work globally across functions and cultures, highly organized, motivated, and ideally with international work experience
