Join our vibrant Project Management department as an Overhaul Project Manager, where you will play a vital role in supporting our aftermarket and service division. You will take charge of the end-to-end management of overhaul projects for industrial turbomachinery, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. As the main point of contact for customer communications, you will oversee project delivery, manage contractual obligations, and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time performance. Imagine being at the forefront of our operations, where your expertise will directly impact project success and client satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will manage the complete delivery of spares and overhaul projects, serving as the primary contact for all customer communications.
• You will ensure that all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong client relationships.
• You will coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules, ensuring timely project execution.
• You will conduct root cause analyses for any projects experiencing delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• You will actively manage overdue debt and lead the resolution of commercial issues and disputes, safeguarding the project’s financial health.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent proven experience in project management within an industrial or supply chain environment.
• You are certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), showcasing your commitment to excellence in project management.
• You have strong SAP knowledge and an understanding of customs requirements for worldwide trade, enabling you to navigate complex project landscapes.
• You bring robust commercial and financial acumen, with exceptional negotiation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• You are a collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset, eager to contribute to departmental projects and process enhancements.
