A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Order Manager you will be actively involved in executing the Controls & Digitalization projects.

Mastering project related procurement challenges with a team while keeping focused on procurement rules and regulations.

The world of procurement order managers today is characterized by interdisciplinary cooperation with various teams, within procurement but as well with commercial and technical cross functions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

For our Project Procurement department, we are currently looking for an Order Manager, to join our team in our office in Budapest.

As our new Procurement Order Manager, you will be closely working with all related procurement functions: Project Procurement Managers, Buyer and and our logistics team.

You will be create purchase orders for specific projects as well as checking incoming purchase orders before the transfer to our external order processing team. In addition, you do support the success of the projects by making sure that the placed orders are delivered in time, on quality and costs.

What You Bring

Besides a passion for project business and a sense for the importance for continuous improvement, we are also looking for:

  • A motivating teammate, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills.
  • You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. You also have project management skills and basic knowledge of KPIs and reporting.
  • We are looking for someone business fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus).
  • Furthermore, we expect you to have 3+ years of experience within Procurement – Order- or Project Management
  • You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within a project. It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.
