A Snapshot of Your Day

As a back-office order manager, you will support actively the order management team in reaching our company’s goals by managing different orders’ administrative tasks while maintaining close contact with all factory’s stakeholders throughout the order life cycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·         You will directly support the order manager in keeping close control and follow up of technical and quality documents issuance and approval;

·         You will participate in factory’s quality gates and properly manage and track all open issues to guarantee their closure;

·         You will actively support in the preparation of customers’ documentation and quality dossier to meet factory’s contractual requirements;

·         You will occasionally support in the management of factory’s customer while in our facilities.

What You Bring

·         Business-fluent English and Italian language skills.

·         Good collaboration and time management skills;

·         A flexible and an open-minded approach;

·         A structured way of thinking

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel.
