Join our global Grid Cybersecurity team as a OT/ICS Cybersecurity Consultant where you will play a key role in grid modernization initiatives to protect electric power grid infrastructure from cyber-physical threats. You will collaborate with customers and multi-functional teams to deliver a vendor-agnostic approach to grid safety, resiliency, and availability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Proven experience leading customer executions and managing project delivery, including coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate your experience in Substation Cybersecurity, as well as Control, Automation, and Protection (PAC) engineering, functional safety, and cyber-physical security.
• Participate in grid modernization initiatives by providing defensible architecture, configuration, system integration, implementation, and customer support.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity GAP analyses and assessments to identify vulnerabilities, improve security posture, and alignment with industry compliance standards, and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443, IEC 6180, ISO 27001).
• Configure and deploy cloud-hosted, hybrid, and on-premises OT/ICS cybersecurity technology solutions, including firewalls, gateways, SIEMs, IDS/IPS, EDRs, and Zero Trust Architectures.
• Lead the development of tender responses and proposals for OT/ICS cybersecurity projects, ensuring solutions are tailored to customer requirements and aligned with industry standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in an OT/ICS environment.
• Proficiency in designing defensible architecture and implementing cybersecurity solutions for OT/ICS systems, including network segmentation, OT/ICS protocols (e.g., IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus), technologies, and cybersecurity challenges .
• Proficiency with OT/ICS software and hardware systems (e.g., sensors, HMIs, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, Networking Equipment), cybersecurity tools and technologies such as IIoT, Edge Devices, Embedded Devices, SIEM, vulnerability analysis and management, configuration monitoring and change management.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, ISA99, NERC CIP, and EU-CIP NIS/NIS2.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out customer project execution from bid preparation through implementation, completion, and warranty support within OT/ICS critical infrastructure environments.
