How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plan and support leadership activities, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements to drive informed decision-making.
• Improve workflows and streamline processes for effective team collaboration.
• Coordinate team logistics, organize key meetings, and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
• Investigate issues, assist with billing processes, and help partners deliver on time and with quality.

What You Bring

• Experience or education in a research or data-driven field such as economics, business, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are appreciated.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; comfortable managing complexity and representing conceptual ideas visually.
