How You’ll Make an Impact

• Take care of the Charge in Bid Management: Take the reins and manage the entire bid process from start to finish. You'll ensure that every proposal is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of quality.
• Sales Tender Invitations: Support the handling of commercial and technical tender invitations.
• Pre‑Qualification Management: Complete tender‑specific and platform‑specific pre‑qualification steps, including registration, contact person setup, and uploading company information based on existing corporate data.
• Company Data Maintenance: Update company information as needed and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure accuracy.
• Tender Documentation Preparation: Collect existing tender documents and complete required internal forms (e.g., quality forms) in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Translation Coordination: Manage translations, especially German documents - German language skills are essential.
• Tender Administration: Provide administrative support to businees development manager throughout the entire tender process.
• Tracking & Coordination: Monitor task progress, deadlines, and responsibilities related to each tender, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
• Document Management: Update documents, manage versions, and coordinate signature processes.
• Platform Access Management: Maintain and organize login credentials for tender platforms.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks associated with bids and develop smart strategies to address them. Your proactive approach will ensure a smooth and successful bid process.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our bid processes and tools. Incorporate lessons learned and best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness in future bids.

What You Bring 

• Candidates with ongoing higher education studies are welcome to apply.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Excellent written and verbal skills for clear, persuasive presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships.
• Intermediate level of English is required
• German language skills are an advantage
