Step into a role where your expertise in digital solutions makes a real impact! As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will use your background in industrial environments to support regional teams and customers teams across North America. You’ll be the key expert in Power and Energy management and the main point of contact for our digital portfolio. Your mission is to devise innovative approaches and solutions that meet our customers’ operational goals, helping to sell and deliver more digital offerings. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will develop effective solutions that provide genuine value to our customers, all while leading the charge in digitalization within an industrial technical landscape.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Apply our digital portfolio to sectors such as oil and gas, chemicals, and other process industries, focusing on power and energy management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target customers and develop tailored digital strategies for senior decision-makers.
  • Partner with Technology and Project Execution to create cost-competitive digital solution concepts and provide digital inputs in proposals.
  • Mentor regional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance, recognizing digitalization opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular progress updates.
  • Proactively identify and address technical risks in digital sales opportunities while tracking customer engagements and digital pipeline growth.

What You Bring


  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree is considered.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in value selling and business development at the senior decision-maker level, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. Those with more experience may be considered to a higher level.
  • Solid understanding of equipment and systems in oil & gas, chemicals, and process industries, along with the associated customer business drivers; familiarity with SaaS business model challenges is a plus.
  • Knowledge of OT system architectures, OT/IT integration concepts, and IIoT technologies, and ERP integration, with an understanding of North American cyber security standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, with a focus on inspiring teams and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, along with proven experience in global collaboration with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (flexible to travel).
