Are you passionate about engineering challenges and eager to contribute to the development of next-generation gas turbines? We are looking for a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join our Combustor Design and Mechanical Integrity team in Singapore.
In this role, you will assess the structural integrity and lifing behavior of combustor components exposed to extreme conditions—high temperatures, cyclic loads, and rapid thermal fluctuations. Your work will be critical in ensuring our designs meet lifetime requirements while supporting stable combustion and low emissions for both conventional fuels and future alternatives like hydrogen.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform stress and lifing assessments using finite element analysis (FEA) and other numerical methods.
- Contribute to development projects for burner, combustors and fuel systems
- Present analysis results and technical life statements in design reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for accurate assessments and calculations.
- Help develop and improve lifing methodologies and procedures.
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering , aeronautical engineering or a related field.
- Experience with gas turbines or aero industry will be beneficial
- Experience with additive manufacturing and welding will be beneficial
- Experience in structural analysis and understanding of underlying principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in software tools such as ABAQUS, HyperWorks, NASGRO
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The team is focused on R&D projects and will consist of people from all around the world and with different backgrounds. We strive to support each other and build a strong technical knowledge within the team. There is always someone to discuss solutions and ideas with before presenting the final scope. An internal mentorship program is set up to take care of new team members.
