Siemens Energy - Aero Derivative Gas Turbines (AGT) is currently recruiting for a Material Planner. The position is based out of Romania, working within our growing AGT global organization, alongside a diverse team. In this role, you will plan and follow up on direct material supplier deliveries, working autonomously, from data quality maintenance to key stakeholder interfacing.

How you'll make an impact

• Process MRP Exception Messages and coordinate with interface partners (Sales, Production etc.); this includes Delivery Expediting and tracking of open orders
• Capacity plan for components due to the AGT Load Plan
• Act as key stakeholder interface (internal: Sales and Production; external: vendors)
• Maintain MRPC code list to ensure data quality (e.g. latest prices, lead-times)
• Manage Request for Quote Workflow to create the Quote Requests (Quote no Buy) to allow Purchasing to go out for quote
• Nonconformance, Warehouse interface

What you bring

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business or related field) with technical background or equivalent working experience
• Good Knowledge of SAP (example: SAP-MM, PP, PS is a plus)
• Good analytical skills
• Achievement driven, team player, with strong personal accountability 
• Process oriented mindset, with attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Interested in being connected to the team, 3 days per week in the office
• Availability to travel 15% of the time (EU and UK travel)
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
