A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be managing, organizing, and tracking all maintenance-related parts and supplies used in an investment casting facility. This role ensures timely availability of parts for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance, supports inventory control, and maintains accurate records to support operational efficiency. This will be in the Gibsonton Florida location.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Will maintain accurate inventory of repair parts, tools, and supplies conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies while organizing and labeling storage areas.
  • Coordinating with vendors to order parts will receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality tracking back orders and expedite deliveries when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed records of part usage, purchases, and equipment history updating computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with part transactions.
  • Assisting maintenance technicians by locating and issuing required parts ensuring critical spare parts are stocked to minimize equipment downtime. Will collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to identify part needs.
  • Following safety protocols for handling and storing parts and chemicals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

  • Evidence of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in inventory or parts management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting and proficiency in inventory software and CMMS systems.
  • Familiarity with investment casting equipment and processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to lift to 50 pounds working in a warehouse or shop environment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
