Your new team, he Major Projects team, are Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers responsible for complex repair projects and campaigns for Onshore Windfarms in the region of Northern Europe and Middle East (NE&ME). How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage all commercial and financial aspects of large-scale onshore wind power projects from sales handover to project completion.
• Analyze and manage complex project contracts, ensuring all commercial obligations, claims, and entitlements are identified and executed.
• Lead negotiations on change orders, claims, and other commercial variations with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Develop and maintain the project's work breakdown structure, cost calculation, budgeting, and financial forecasting (Cost-to-Complete/Estimate-at-Completion).
• Analyze project costs, revenue, and cash flow, producing regular financial reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor project financial performance against baseline, identify deviations, and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with central finance and controlling departments to ensure accurate and timely financial closing and reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project-related commercial and financial risks and opportunities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain close liaison with technical project management, planning, scheduling, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and financial impacts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, coaching, and delegating work to lower-level professionals within the commercial project team.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consortium partners, and internal departments, to ensure smooth project execution.

·       You have good command of SAP as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Any experience in Power Bi, ThinkCell, VBA would be a plus.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent degree • You have minimum 2 years of experience as Commercial Project Manager, Project Controller or finance related functions (e.g. Cost Center Controlling, Finance Analyst, etc.)
• Extensive experience as a Commercial Project Manager or Senior Project Controller, preferably in the energy, construction, or industrial plant business.
• Proven track record of managing the financial aspects of large, complex projects with limited oversight.
